What order processing services do you offer?
You can place an order with JNE Marketing Limited in the following ways:

- Via phone quoting order information provided utilising the checkout page.
- Online via the EROL Secure SSL Payment Server utilising the checkout page.

How are orders processed?
All orders go though the following process:

1) Received - once your order is received by JNE Marketing Limited, an automatic email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. If no email address is supplied JNE Marketing Limited will contact you via phone. JNE Marketing Limited will then check the details of your order against stock (if your items are not in stock JNE Marketing Limited will notify you of this via email or phone within 48 hours).
3) Processed - stock permitting JNE Marketing Limited will then send you email confirmation that your order is being processed, payment for goods will then be processed (in the event of an issue with payment JNE Marketing Limited will inform you via email or phone).
5) Dispatched - once payment has been processed your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.

How do I cancel an order?
You will need to inform JNE Marketing Limited in writing via letter, fax or email that you wish to cancel an order. You will need to include you contact details and order details in this correspondence.

What happens if I place an order for an item that is out of stock?
If your items are not in stock JNE Marketing Limited will notify you of this via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

What postage methods do you offer?
We deliver the majority of orders via Courier. We require a full postal address and do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.

What are your postage charges?
Delivery is £8 + VAT for all mainland UK Deliveries. Orders over £500 ex VAT are delivered Free of Charge.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £15 + VAT regardless of size of order.
